Many Houses are Alarmed but what happens when your Alarm goes off?

Our services treat your house just the same as a business premises, upon receiving notification from a monitoring station we will travel to your house, inspect your grounds from the outside before entering. On entering your property we will investigate why your alarm has been activated.

False/Unconfirmed Alarm

After our investigation and once we are happy we will reset your Alarm system and lock your property. A text can be sent at this time and a full report will be emailed.

Break In/Confirmed Alarm

In the unfortunate event that you have had a break in we will, contact the Police on your behalf, contact you, stay on site until you get there or the building is made secure. Pictures and video footage can be taken for insurance purposes.
